The majority of my professional life has evolved around customer service. At the age of 23, I was recruited by one of the most recognized companies in the world. I was given the opportunity to witness the Berlin Wall come down, assisted and evacuated American Families from harm’s way and always upheld the brand name by providing seamless customer service and put my clients needs first ahead of my own.
